Quality Control
1. Raw materials analysis and testing. We will test the supplier's raw material and form a report.
2. Pre-production inspection and assessment molds.
3.Semi-finished products inspection.We will use measuring instruments of the company's internal use, including vernier, micrometer, table, special gauge length measuring instrument repair and verification and repair thermal instrumentation, ordinary pressure gauge and calibration to measure including product flatness, dimension, texture, appearance and so on.
4. Test reports & QC report mechanical test of various metallic materials and form a report.
5. Product surface inspection.
6. Inspection before packaging.

Testing Equipment
1. GNR Spectrometer

1. Made in Italy by GNR Corporation. Its analysis range covers Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn, etc. 20 channels can analyze 20 composition at one time.
2. Using Metal Lab software operating in Windows environment, it’s capable of not only saving the data, but also functioning as analyzer, quality control.
3. Its curve chart is depicted based on international standard samples. Custom standard depiction are available for special alloys and compositions.
4. The results can be translated into Italian, English, French, Spanish, German.
5. All functions are regulated by PC and communications are made through optical fibres control system and using USB 2.0 technology.

Use:Test the chemical composition of material.

2. Tension Tester

1.It adopts oil urn bottom placed, dynamo-electric power detection, hydraulic automatic clamp to test the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation rate of material.
2.Its computer collect, analyze and sort out the data automatically to get the Fb, σs, σsu, σs1, σp0.2, σp0.05, σb and other parameters, presenting the whole test process in dynamic curve chart.
3. The test data can be edited, saved and printed, serving with accurate mechanical properties of various metals.

Use: Test mechanical properties of material, including tensile strength, yield strength, elongation rate, shrinkage rate.

3. Hardness Test Machine (HB-3000)

1. HB-3000 Brinell hardness meter is to a certain size of test load, pressing the quenching steel ball with certain diameter or sintered carbide ball into the measured metal surface.
2. Keeping the prescribed time and then unloading by measuring surface indentation diameter.
3. Brinell hardness is the quotient that load divided surface indentation spherical surface area.
4. It is mainly used for detection of nonferrous metal, heat treatment before or after annealing of steel and other soft materials.

Use:Test the hardness of material.

4. Portable Harder Tester

1.The testing load is accurately controlled by shear pin.
2. The indentation diameter is read by reading microscope after the indentation is indented on test specimens.
3. Six kinds of hardness (HL, HRB, HRC, HB, HV, HS) results are available.

Use: Test the hardness of material.

5. Impact Test Machine

1.JB-300 Pendulum impact testing machine is used to test the physical property of casting under active loading.
2.It can realize two kinds of impact energy 300J and 150J. The section area of specimen is 10×10mm.
3.Its principle is to calculate difference of the energy before and after pendulum impacting, the difference is energy which absorbed by specimen.

6. Low Temperature Chamber for Impact Specimen

1. The machine is used to low down the temperature of specimen for impact test.
2. Fuzzy control theory: professional PID auto tuning and modularization are applied.
3. Users set temperature just through meter, and control temperature is realized automatically.
4. With motor stirring, the bath temperature is even.
5. Temperature Range: room temperature -80 ~30℃.

Use: To low down the temperature of specimen for impact test.

7. Metallographic Microscope

1. This instrument can be used for identifying and analyzing all kinds of metal and alloy,
2. It can be widely used in factories or laboratories for appraising the guality of casting examing and analyzing raw material as well as metallurgical structures after heat treatment specification.

Use: Analyze Metallographic structure of material.

8. Ultrasonic Testing Machine

PXUT-27 ultrasonic tester adopts the advanced technology of digital integration, making the DAC curve automatically and reserved. Continuous working time is 5 hours, which can detect the internal defects of metal precisely and clearly.

Use: Inspect the internal defects (shrinkage, porosity)

9. Magnetic Particle Testing Machine

The machine is used to test the defects on surface & sub surface of metal products, like crack, flaws after casting, forging, quenching and grinding.

10. Non-contact Infrared Thermometer

1. Infrared thermometer measures the surface temperature of an object.
2. The unit’s optics sense emitted, reflected, and transmitted energy, which is collect and focused onto a detector.
3. The unit’s electronics translate the information into a temperature reading, which is displayed on the unit. For increased ease and accuracy the laser pointer makes aiming even more precise.

Use: Test the temperature of melted steel.

11. Surface Roughness Tester

Surface roughness tester is used to test the roughness of machined surface. Presenting accurate testing results on LCD, the data can be reserved and output when connected to PC.

12. Coordinate Measuring Machine

1. Put object in measuring space of CMM, get three coordinates of measuring points, and figure out geometry size, shape and position of the object according to these measurement numbers.
2. The basic principle is according to corporation of probe and movements of measuring axes, getting discrete points positions of the measured geometric element,
3. Then analyzing and integrating these points’ numbers by numeral count, and restoring measured geometric element,
4. On base of this, figuring out the detection of measured accessories. Measuring results can be reserved and output in IGES file, etc.

Use: Test the geometric dimension, shape and position of the object.

13. X-ray Tester

1. This instrument is used to inspect the internal status of the material by radiate the X radial.
2. The radiation of the X radial is supported by the tube voltage. In order to adapt to the X-ray photograph requirement of different materials, the tube voltage will be adjusted continuously by the kilovolt adjusting unit.
3. By the strong ability of run through things, the X-ray is able to detect the internal structure of the material to inspect if there are any defects like shrinkage, porosity, crack, and take the X-ray photograph.
